WebVitae is a digital product agency. For purposes of this policy, we are the controller of the personal data collected through this website.

We collect data you provide voluntarily (contact form: name, email, company, message) and automatic technical data (Google Analytics cookies: pages visited, device, browser, approximate IP-based location).

3. How we use your data

We use form data exclusively to respond to your inquiry and, if you agree, to keep commercial contact. We use analytical data in aggregate form to improve the site. We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent (when submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site (analytics).

5. Third parties processing your data

We use the following providers: Google Analytics (web analytics), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting). All comply with international data protection standards.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@webvitae.ai. Under GDPR (EU) and LGPD (Brazil) you also have rights to portability and to object to processing.

7. Retention

We retain contact data for a maximum of 24 months from last contact. We retain analytical data per Google Analytics default periods (14 months).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The last updated date appears at the top of the document. Substantial changes will be notified by email to active contacts.
