Terms of service

These terms govern use of the webvitae.ai website and, where applicable, the professional services offered by WebVitae.

1. Acceptance

By using this site you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

2. Scope of service

WebVitae provides design, software development, AI implementation, marketing, and branding services. The specific scope of each engagement is defined in a separate proposal and contract. Any quotes presented on this site are indicative until a contract is signed.

3. Intellectual property

The content of this site (text, graphics, brand) is the property of WebVitae. In client projects: unless otherwise agreed, deliverable code becomes the client's property upon receipt of final payment. WebVitae retains the right to use the project in its portfolio unless an NDA states otherwise.

4. Limitation of liability

The site is provided 'as is'. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. WebVitae shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the site.

5. Confidentiality

Any information shared during the commercial process (briefing, proposal) is considered confidential by both parties until an NDA is signed or the contract is closed.

6. Changes

We may modify these terms. Substantial changes will be published on this page with a new update date.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Santiago, without prejudice to consumer rights under applicable jurisdiction.
